This canvas became a battlefield. It resisted, dictated its own terms, and tried to break free from my will. Every brushstroke had a life of its own, yet in this struggle, something greater was born—a tense dialogue between the artist and the medium, the idea, and the process itself. This painting was not created in the usual sense—it survived, asserting its right to exist as it wished.
Deep layers of oil, chaotically organized brushstrokes, and a sense of fluidity in form create an illusion of movement, inner conflict, and a struggle between chaos and harmony. This work captures a moment of acceptance, an acknowledgment of art’s power as an independent entity—one that breathes, evolves, and sometimes slips from the creator’s control.
Together with two other pieces from the series, this work explores the dialogue between the inner and the outer, the fragility of the boundary between order and anarchy, the act of creation, and the process of transformation.
